Chelsea started her real estate profession in 2017. She quickly excelled and continues to be the best agent she can be for her clients going above and beyond. Chelsea is well versed in lending as her father, Scott Kieffner, has been a mortgage lender for 20+ years and she works closely with Scott to make sure she stays up to date on the market and interest rates. Chelsea is an expert negotiator, contract writer, and specializes in residential sales that are purchased via VA, USDA, FHA and Conventional loans. She has helped hundreds of families sell and purchase. Chelsea has since moved her family to Springville, IN and has loved all four years she has lived there as she continues to raise her daughter, tend to her mini homestead, and plans to be wed next year. Chelsea covers most of south-central and visits multiple counties a week and sometimes in a single day to take care of her client's real estate needs and desires.
